Billy Mays' funeral was earlier today in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania.

His pallbearers, including his son, Billy Mays III, all wore blue OxiClean shirts in his memory.

Billy passed away on Sunday from suspected heart disease.

RIP Billy. You will be missed.

Sarah Palin is resigning as Governor

It's official! Sarah Palin doesn't care about Alaska.

Methinks Palin is eyeing a run for the White House in 2012 and wants to take a page out of Obama's book and campaign for a really long time.

Later this month, she plans on stepping down and has said that she won't seek a second term in 2010.

She is making a bad career move, if you ask me. She'd be running against an incumbent and will be joining the ranks of the jobless, if she loses.

I think she left a bad taste in our mouths the first time around.

Yes, I think America is definitely ready for a woman President, just not her.

Tobey Maguire reveals his son's name

A little over two months after Tobey Maguire's wife Jennifer Meyer gave birth to their son, he has decided to reveal his name.

The couple named their new addition, Otis Tobias Maguire. He was born on May 8th.

The couple already have a daughter, Ruby Sweetheart, who is 2 and a half years old.

We're not sure where he got Otis from, but Tobias is actually is own given name.

Interesting now that stars are clinging to names of yore for their children. Take Sarah Jessica Parker, for instance. She named her new twins Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge. Interesting choice for names, don't you think?

It's good to know that some celebrities are grounded enough not to give their children dumb names.

Michael Jackson ticket details

Via a press conference that was just held in Los Angeles, I've found that tickets will be made free to the Michael Jackson memorial service on Tuesday.

11,000 tickets are available to the Staples Center along with 6,500 being made available to the Nokia Theater. Tickets will be free and fans can register at StaplesCenter.com to be entered into their random drawing.

Fans who are unable to get tickets are encouraged to watch the event at home on TV.

I can't imagine the horrible mess that traffic is going to be on Tuesday in L.A.

Michael Jackson wanted to buy the OctoBabies?

Michael Jackson was crazy about having children, that's for sure. The King of Pop wanted to make he had a few of them, and maybe then some.

I don't know if I believe this, but the rumor mill has started up already. And why not? It's only been a week and a day since he passed. [Enter sarcasm here]

According to sources, Michael offered to adopt the OctoMom's eight newer babies just a few weeks before his passing away. He reportedly wanted to exchange cash for her cash cows.

Suleman's publicist called the offer "creepy" and didn't even tell her about it, because he knew she wouldn't fork over the kids for a one time payment. That last part isn't true, but I wouldn't put it passed her.

The publicist said, "When Michael called I thought it was a joke at first. I was getting hundreds of calls every day and many fron celebrities' agents saying their clients wanted to help. But when the person on the end of the line said, 'Hi, it's Michael Jackson', I was a bit taken aback. Michael wanted to know how the babies were, how Nadya was coping. He then said he could take care of the children if Nadya couldn't. It was creepy. He was basically offering to buy the children. I was a bit shocked. Michael clearly thought Nadya was unfit and decided he wanted to help those children...But I just blew it off. I knew Nadya would never want to get rid of her kids so it wasn't important."

Interesting that MJ thought she was unfit...Shows that he wasn't out of his mind at all. I think that's basically the consensus, that she's unfit, right?

Dina Lohan was asked to fake a pregnancy?

On her reality show, "Living Lohan", the people behind the show asked some pretty strange requests of the family.

They asked Dina, who's 46, to fake a pregnancy for ratings.

She said, "I only did the show to defuse the rumors. And then they wanted us to do these crazy things, like my son cheating on his girlfriend, me faking a pregnancy. I was like, 'No, no, no!' They had ideas that weren't conducive to our ideas."

That show has been over as of last year, but you can expect to see Dina on the small screen sometime soon. She plans on returning in a "realistic" show that's not exactly fake reality based.

I think her little quips on Twitter should have their own reality show. Just last week, she was still ranting on there about the towels that she was "assaulted" with:

She got cut off due to the 140 character limit on Twitter. I think the account is fake, but it's still funny to poke fun at it.

Michael Jackson update

Ever since Michael Jackson passed away, news surrounding him, his estate, his children, will and everything else has been really everywhere. Instead of writing endlessly about everything that's happening, I wanted to condense it into one nice little area for you.

Funeral:

Michael Jackson's funeral is set to be held on July 7th at the Staples Center at 10am. AEG Live, who is arranging things for the service, doesn't know whether or not they'll also be using the Nokia Theater for the service, so we'll keep you posted on that. Tickets are $25 and they're also selling t-shirts to commemorate the occasion.

Secret Girlfriend:

Michael's longtime security guard, Matt Fiddes, says that Michael had a secret girlfriend. He was reportedly dating her at the time he died. He isn't revealing who she is and says that it's up to her whether or not she wants to make herself known.

Casket:

Michael will be buried in a $25,000 casket from Batesville Casket Company. The same casket was used to bury James Brown.

Katherine Jackson will get 40% of the assets.
Michael's 3 kids will get another 40%.
And the remaining 20% goes to several children's charities. We're told the charities have not been designated yet and are not specified in the trust.

David Carradine's death was accidental

A second autopsy ordered by his family has ruled that David Carradine's death was in fact, accidental.

The family hired Dr. Michael Braden to perform a private autopsy on the actor.

The autopsy results came back and it shows that the actor's death was ruled accidental.

The cause of death, as we all know, was asphyxiation. They aren't sure as of yet as to the auto erotic asphyxiation that was previously claimed, but we'll keep you posted on that as details become available.

The doctor said that he still needs more information to completely rule out homicide.

Jennifer Aniston gave Bradley Cooper a relationship timeline

I was really hoping that the thing between Jennifer Aniston and Bradley Cooper would work out. They're both attractive, single people. Jen needs a good influence in her life and it doesn't hurt that he's good looking, too.

I've heard rumors that Jen gave Bradley a relationship timeline, and that's when things went sour between the two of them.

She delivered the speech to him over a nice intimate dinner, but that's when he decided to put the brakes on their budding relationship.

A source said, "Jen is devastated. She had high hopes that Bradley was the Mr. Right she's been searching for. But he called Jen a few days after their big date and broke the news that he wanted to keep things casual and loose. Jen was mortified, but reluctantly agreed to save face."

I can't imagine she was that devastated, she hadn't really dated him but for a hot minute. The speech reportedly involved a timeline in which she said that she wants to be pregnant within the year and married soon after.

I guess that's enough for men to hear at the start of something special, to make them head for the hills.

The source added, "He called Jen after he returned to L.A. a few days later and told her flat out that he thought it best that they go back to being friends. Bradley said he's not looking for any type of commitment."

Jen was reportedly withdrawn and spent time up crying to her friends that she feels her love life is doomed.

It's not all doom and gloom, Jen. He just wasn't that into you.

Debbie Rowe wants her kids

I'm not surprised by this one bit. Apparently, Debbie Rowe wants to gain custody of Michael Jackson's two oldest children, Prince Michael and Paris.

In a new interview with NBC 4 in Los Angeles, Rowe said, "I want my children."

She also plans to get a restraining order against Joe Jackson. He beat Michael and his brothers when they were younger, so I can totally understand the need for her to do this.

I'm sad that the circus is just beginning for his children. It's sad, really.

Michael Jackson's public funeral set for the Staples Center

In case you are in the area and want to pay your respects to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, funeral services will be held for the public at the Staples Center on July 7th.

The ceremony will be held at 10am.

No word has been released as to how ticketing will be handled.

RIP Harve Presnell

Golden Globe winning actor, Harve Presnell has passed away Tuesday.

After a battle with pancreatic cancer, Harve succumbed to the disease. He was 75-years-old.

He played in a long variety of movies and television shows, most notably was his part as William H. Macy's father in Fargo.

Rest in peace, Harve.

Seriously, this has got to stop.

Kevin Jonas has gotten engaged

If you were holding out in hopes of jumping a Jonas brother, then your chances just got slimmer.

The eldest brother, Kevin, has popped the question to his girlfriend, Danielle Deleasa.

He got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. How sweet.

Ladies, there's still time to snag the cuter Jonases. I know Miley has got a death grip on the younger one, but Joe could be swayed your way...

The brothers tweeted, "Congrats big brother.....Dani welcome to the family, we can't wait to have you join us on the road! love Joe and Nick".

RIP Karl Malden

Rest in peace, Karl Malden. The veteran actor passed away on Wednesday in his home in Brentwood, California.

He was 97.

He was most known for his Oscar winning role in A Streetcar Named Desire and The Streets Of San Francisco.

He passed away from natural causes.

RIP.

It's so not a good week to be famous. Our condolences go out to his family. He was a true talent and a credit to the film industry.

Peter Facinelli makes his friend dance in a bikini

Peter Facinelli and his friend Rob DeFranco were talking one day. Rob noticed Peter's Twilight chair backing and asked for it. Peter told him no. Rob then bet that Peter couldn't get 500,000 Twitter followers within a week.

If Rob won, the chair backing was his. If Peter won, then Rob had to dance in the streets to Beyonce's "Single Ladies" in a bikini.

Peter won...and the hilarious dance footage of Rob dancing in a bikini is on the sidebar for your viewing pleasure.

It's funny and cute. I love it.

In addition to the hilarity of it all, Peter donated $10,000 to the Christopher Reeves Foundation. Now that's something I can get behind.
