Susan Boyle likes herself the way she is

Kudos to Susan Boyle for not caring what anyone thinks about the way she looks.

Of her looks, she says, "Maybe I'll consider a makeover later on.  For now I'm happy the way I am - short and plump.  I would not go in for Botox or anything like that.  I'm content with the way I look.  What's wrong with looking like Susan Boyle?  What's the matter with that?"

I can imagine becoming a singing sensation has taken it's toll on her.

She said that she's been "very taken aback especially by all the American people who have been kind enough to say nice things about me.  I didn't expect that.  People have been very kind."

Just last week, Us Weekly ran a poll as to whether or not she should have herself a makeover.  That doesn't sound very kind to me.  You?

I think it's an utter shame that she is being judge based on her looks and not her talent in it's own merit.
