Jennifer Love Hewitt & Ross McCall call it quits

Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiancee Ross McCall have decided to go their separate ways, according to sources.

A source close to the couple says, "They broke up over the holidays and have ended their engagement.  They're both really sad about this.  Even their friends are surprised; They seemed really happy.  Everyone just wants the best for both of them."

The couple had been dating for two years when they got engaged in November of 2007.

I have to say, too, that I always thought they looked happy.  I don't get what happened between them, they made such a cute couple.

Anyone want to speculate with me?  Can we blame drugs, booze, cheating, his/her boringness, etc?  Help me out here.
