Jodie Sweetin splits with hubby Cody Herpin

You know Jodie Sweetin from her stint on Full House.  She was most recently publicized for her addiction to meth and having the couple's baby, Zoie, in April.

Now, Jodie has split with her husband, Cody Herpin.

She filed the court papers on Wednesday for legal separation.  She had once called her husband "a blessing" because he helped her overcome her addiction to meth.

He says upon learning of the news, "I was dumbfounded.  Over the past month something has been different.  I'm concerned about our daughter and I just want Zoie home."

Jodie's agent, says that the couple have "come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go.  Jodie says it's unfortunate but it's just what has to happen right now.  No more detail, only because she says she doesn't want to be disrespectful to him."

It's a shame, but let's hope that she's doing this for the right reasons and hasn't gone back to her drug addiction ways of the past.
