Jennifer Garner gets a restraining order against stalker
Jennifer Garner sought a restraining order yesterday against her stalker Steven Burky.
This guy was a serious mental case. He wrote her numerous letters telling her that he loved her and he had forseen her death.
His aunt even said that he suffers from some sort of mental disorder. She also said that he's harmless.
Apparently, Jennifer Garner doesn't feel the same way. She was granted a permanent restraining order this morning.
Burky was not at the hearing due to being in a 5150 hold at a hospital.
